加拿大工業委員會(Industry Canada)于近期針對不同的産品發布一些新的法規。
以下提到産品在進入加拿大市場需符合以下最新規定， 否則將不得通關。

1. IC - New RSS-199 Issue 1 - Broadband Radio Service (BRS) Equipment Operating in the band 2400 - 2690 MHz.
This document came into force as of Jan 30, 2010.  It contains certification requirements for BRS Tx and Rx in the band 2500-2690MHz.
RSS-199 Issue 1將于2010年1月30號開始強制實行。該法規是針對工作頻率在2400-2690MHz 的寬帶無線設備。
工作頻率在2400-2690MHz 的寬帶無線設備將被列入強制認證範圍內。

2. IC - New RSS-197 Issue 1 - Wireless Broadband Access Equipment Operating in the Band 3650 - 3700 MHz
This document will come into force as of Feb 27, 2010.  It will contain Certification requirements for Tx and Rx of wireless access systems operating in the Wireless Broadband Services (WBS) in the band 3650-3700 MHz.
RSS-197 Issue 1 將于2010年2月27 開始強制實行。 該法規是針對工作頻率在3650-3700MHz 的無線寬帶接入設備。
工作頻率在3650-3700MHz 的無線寬帶接入設備將被列入強制認證範圍內。

3. IC - New RSS-243 Issue 3 - Medical Devices operating in the 401 - 406 MHz Frequency Band
This document will come into force as of Feb 27, 2010.  It will contain certification requirements for active Medical Implant Communications Service (MICS) devices, which include Medical Implant Telemetry System (MITS) and Medical Data Service (MEDS) devices using new and emerging technologies for medical applications.
RSS-243 Issue 3 將于2010年2月27 開始強制實行。該法規是針對工作頻率在401 - 406 MHz 的醫療設備。
工作頻率在401 - 406 MHz 的醫療植入通信服務（MICS）設備，其中包括醫療植入遙測系統（MITS）和使用新技術和新興技術醫療數據服務（MEDS）設備列入強制認證範圍內。
