OEM:

Apply certified products is fully consistent with the original certified product (size, structure, and key raw materials / components and their suppliers remain unchanged), only the applicant or production plant or model name change;

If the manufacturer and production plant simultaneously changed, can not be derived in accordance with treatment, should proceed all items of type experiment.

(B) Information audit requirements:

1. ODM submitted applications for additional information:

A. ODM agreement (the manufacturer of the Joint Declaration):

     The two sides signed the manufacturer of the safety and quality responsibilities (including cooperation in the            period the number of products that can also be used);

B. Plant Statement

    ODM products and has been certified products exactly the same statement. (Or at least include: product design,   the key raw material / component suppliers and model specifications and other information)

C. All items of the original certified product test type test report and a valid certificate, if not to provide it with a new application processing;

D. The certified products and the original certified products on the corresponding relations / differences (including differences in other relevant information, such as the applicant, etc.)

2.  OEM applications must be submitted to add OEM Agreement

 (C)  ODM / OEM test requirements:

Testing organizations can "change report" approach, when necessary, consistency verification or testing.

Detect contents of the report contains at least the following aspects:

a) differences in the sample description and explanation (including the original certified models, between the various models of this application between the applicant / manufacturer / trademark / production plant information, and other differences in instructions)

b) The key raw material / components list

(D) Important Note:

Laboratories do not need to be a full-item test (transfer report) the applicant states:

1 to OEM Application: No full-item test, to investigate the plant (plant has the same category, but manufacturers need to check some of the different elements);

2 to ODM Application:

1) No full-item test and factory inspection, but different manufacturer's product it can not be changed, the original of the certified products, when a change in key projects (such as size, structure, and key raw materials / components and their suppliers to change), ODM products must be followed to change each other all the associated problems need to temporarily suspend one will be fully suspended;
