Above three kinds of product certification implementation of the new standards require as follows:

1. Since November 15, 2008 onwards, external power supplies, monitors, photocopy machine introduction of new certification based on GB 20943-2007, GB 21520-2008, GB 21521-2008 standard indicators for the implementation of energy-saving evaluation of the value of certification.

2. For an external power supply products, the original certification basis CSC/T30-2005 and the new certification based on GB 20943-2007 no difference for their technical indicators, already get energy-saving certificate old standards for the old certificate holders on November 15, 2008 onwards to China Quality Certification Center (English abbreviation CQC) apply for renewal of a new certificate without for testing, conversion work should be on May 15, 2009 to complete.

For monitors, photocopy machine, has received certification of the old energy-saving certificate holder shall be November 15, 2008 onwards, the next track inspection prior to submission of the change to new standard CQC certification application and acceptance of new standards based on the experimental samples for testing after passing the new standard for certification renewal. Conversion of the old certificate shall be on November 15, 2009 to complete.

Late incomplete conversion certificate, CQC will be suspended.

    Especially those related to display, will implement the energy efficiency rating identification system, the relevant requirements are as follows:
